As the title says, any attempts to open a .cue sheet file encoded in UTC-2 LE BOM throws a vague error message:
Unable to open item for playback (Error parsing cuesheet: unknown cuesheet item (line 1)):
Reencoding the .cue file to UTF-8-BOM always fixes the issue, but it's not obvious, please add an error message for unsupported encoding (or, better, add support for all UTF encodings).
I used Notepad++ to convert the CUE files. This issue reproduces on latest beta (1.3.17 beta 3).
