Adding any of the two resamplers to the list of DSPs and then clicking on one of them leads to a crash. I remember another DSP also leading to a crash, but can't find that thread.

I can't reproduce following you steps.

Did you submit your crash logs?

Could you mind verifying that you read the support forum rules (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=67779) and giving us more information?

IIRC there are two plugins that add View -> DSP menu: foo_vst and foo_dsp_effect. Both cause crash like this:
