One particular CD produces EAC "File creation error"

Hi

So I've rebooted, haven't changed a thing, yet I have one particular CD, actual both discs of a two disc set, that I can't rip. Whenever I put either of the two in EAC, I get file creation errors. EAC does create the cue sheet and the log file but cannot create the tracks.

One particular CD produces EAC "File creation error"

There's probably a character in the filename that EAC doesn't like (even if it looks fine to you).
I'd start with the content of the placeholder in your 'Naming scheme' producing the blank area in the log.

Quote
Filename C:\Users\Public\Music\Cowpuncher\1 - 03 - ____ - 15.wav

Or you can temporarily change the 'Naming scheme' (F9 > Filename > Naming scheme) to something really simple like just the %tracknr% placeholder and see if files are created.
