Sid (C64) Music Playback in Android version of foobar2000?

Windows version of foobar2000 can playback Sid (C64) music files with the help of "SID decoder" component.

But Could u please add support for Sid (C64) music files in Android version of foobar2000 too?

The SID decoder I use in foo_sid is too slow for most ARM devices. There is no faster SID decoder that is also ARM compatible.

So how come these android apps can play "sid" files in any ARM android devices without any problem?

And what about other sid decoders? Is'nt possible to use them?

Old library, not as accurate. I can use it, but it won't sound the same.

OK, So if "foo_sid" has better accuracy, Isn't possible for u to add it to android version?

I know that U said it needs powerful ARM devices, But u can add it as an option, So only people with powerful ARM devices would enable it.

I'm not in a position to add anything to foobar2000 mobile at this time, anyway, as Peter is the sole developer on it right now. He was looping me into the development process for a while after my departure from the commercial venture, but I guess that kind of stopped at some point. Also, I don't think I'd be a really viable developer to work on their project right now, since I'm not really that dependable to follow instructions from others, as I tend to wall up and give up on the work, rather than actually do what I'm supposed to be doing.

So how can I contact Peter about this?
