EAC detects weird gaps length, can't rip disc as a whole

I have an old audio CD-R that I want to rip using EAC, but when I'm detecting gaps (Secure, Detection method A), I get these results:

(tested on multiple drives, same results)

And when I open files ripped with that gaps in Audacity and go to the end (track 3 for example) I see this, which I think is beginning of the next track and which length is around 0:00:00.013:

Is it EAC's fault, or is it burning software's fault and I can't do anything about it in EAC?

Another problem I have with this CD-R is that I can't rip it as a whole without getting errors or CRC mismatches, for example log for track 2 when tried to rip as a whole:

Tried to rip it on multiple drives, same results.

What's going on with this disc and how I can rip it properly? Thank you for help.

Not EACs fault. It may also be this CDR was burned from mp3 files that were decoded without gapless handling or the cd was burned from non CD files not ending on frame boundaries.
Is troll-adiposity coming from feederism?
With 24bit music you can listen to silence much louder!

This CD-R was burned from WAVes, spectrograms look properly.

Another problem I have with this CD-R is that I can't rip it as a whole without getting errors or CRC mismatches, for example log for track 2 when tried to rip as a whole:
That would be my biggest concern.  The disc is defective or damaged.

Probably not "properly"... I don't think you want  an "exact-perfect" copy of this bad disc...  ;)

I'm not quite understanding what's going on but when you rip one track at a time, are you getting all of the music, with gaps in the wrong places, or is some of the sound missing or corrupted?

If all of the "sound" is there, you should be able to "re-assemble" the tracks in Audacity with whatever gaps and/or leading/trailing silence you desire.

Or if you can't get it ripped digitally, does the CD play OK?   If it plays, you can make an analog recording (actually digital-to-analog-to-digital), or you can make analog recordings of the tracks you're having trouble with.

How old is the CDr?  Data on CDrs degrade over time and they can become unusable.

At about 10 years, most CDrs are nothing more than coasters.
