ID3v1 Tags Remain?

Hey everyone,

I've always selected the 'Write ID3v2.4 tags' and 'forced preferred tag writing scheme' options in Foobar, though with the latest revision (1.1.7), I find that even after changing the tags of a file, ID3v1 tags remain and are visible to Windows Explorer. Why is it doing this all of a sudden, and how can I stop it? I'd prefer it if the files did not contain two sets of tags.

Thanks for any help/info,

JG.

Any ideas, guys? Is this potentially a bug, or rather a change in how Foobar manages tags?
