foo_playcount Setup missing

Hi,
i use FB 2.0x32
I missing the Setup page for playback statistics / foo_Playcount
and the counter is not working

There is no setup page. That was only in early betas of v2.

Check Library main menu > Playback Statistics to make sure 'Monitor playing tracks' is on.

and how make i the value visible in my playlist ?
Played or %played% do not work to show the value

that means that i can not change the percent after the track is rated played?
