help with cue file creation

I have an oppo player and they tell me I need a cue file to make playlists for an attached usb hard drive. The files I have are flac files and are individual songs not full disk files. New to this and looking for some direction or if this is possible. Would like to use filters to select the songs and add them to cue file. Thanks
