What are you asking?
Converting those samples to flac would save some space/bandwidth.
But anyway, if you're asking which sample sounds best, I'd go with sample B. A has no low end and C is overwhelmingly low end. B is a decent balance, though it also has what looks like some noise from a nearby CRT based on the spectral view. That could be taken out without impacting the sound.
