Old files from v1.6

Is there a list of folders that I can delete after a successful migration from 1.6 to 2.0?

for example, I still had "library" and "library-v2.0".
I tried to delete "library" (because no file in there was recently modified) and foobar started up empty... :(

So I deleted both, recreated from scratch (my library is just one big root folder) and now I just have library-v2.0.

Can anyone explain the missing bits?
