pcutmp3 Help

I want to use pcutmp3 to split my mp3's  but have no idea how to get the programme up and running. any help would be great. Also could pcutmp3 be used to joine mp3's?

1. Install java
2. Open command-line window
3. Type java -jar pcutmp3.jar

Many Thanks sir. Is that after pcutmp3 is downloaded? After typing "java -jar pcutmp3.jar" in the command line window will it open pcutmp3.

Sorry for the stupid questions.

Yes, one usually must download a program before running it. So . . . Download and install Java, download and unarchive pcutmp3, open a command prompt, navigate to the folder containing pcutmp3, and execute the command line.
