Quick question about making playlist_lock persistent across restarts

I've been dabbling with this and think I have it working by using playlist properties to save the flags used to create the lock and then applying them during on_init the next time fb2k starts. Is the right thing to do or can it be done earlier during init_stages_callback?

My (probably terrible) attempt at this is here....
