Scrollable Quote & Code boxes

I'm wanting to know how a Quote and/or Code box that is too long and improper to post into a thread can be made to scroll just how a web-browser works with long pages?

And can this information be made into a pinned/sticky topic?

I'm not sure that you can do it with a quote, but for code it is simply using CODEBOX instead of CODE, e.g.:

[ CODEBOX ]

[ /CODEBOX ]

When replying to a post there is a link to the BB Code Help to the left of the textarea.

With regard to stickies, see my post made earlier today about the FAQ, in this forum.

Thank's for the info, much appreciated! I didn't know about the BB Code Help, or I was obliviously ignoring it.
