Prevent dropping volume during notifications

On Android foobar2000, when notifications come in, the volume of music playing on foobar2000 is lowered. This is extremely distracting - the reduction of volume much more so than the notification itself - and makes it hard to complete listening to a piece of music.

So it would be great either to disable it, or to have a setting that disables it.

This thread says that it is up to the app to manage this: https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/199918/stop-notifications-from-briefly-lowering-media-volume:

> It appears that the OP wants to stop stop Audio Ducking from happening in the media player. Unfortunately this is a feature of the media app playing the music itself and requires the developer of the app to configure

A linked answer on https://android.stackexchange.com/a/132412 and the subsequent comment say that MX Player, Poweramp, and Rocket Player have this feature.
