Deleting file in foobar2000 music folder

I once accidentally downloaded a song from my NAS to the internal foobar2000 music folder of my Android phone.
Maybe a stupid question, but how do I delete it from there?
There's no "Delete" entry in the context menu and the music folder is inside the protected app storage location, which can't be accessed with file managers without rooting.

I'd like to know the answer to this as well!

Have downloaded music via upnp server to the foobar2000 music folder and now can't see how I can delete from the phone.

On iOS I just go to "foobar2000 Music Folder" and long-press on an entry to bring up the delete option in the context menu; I'm unsure if this applies to Android, though.

Doesn't work on Android, at least for files. (only Decoding speed test and Add to playlist possible)
