There's only about 6 500 hits for "WMA" on this site, compared to 56 000 about "AAC" and 123 000 about "MP3". And of course, searching for "WMA" also includes posts about WMA lossless. There doesn't seem to be much demand for a dedicated forum.

Of course, you are welcome to start threads about WMA in the "Other lossy" forum.

It's actually three different codecs if you count WMAL, WMA standard and WMA pro.
