Is there option for speed up music in foobar?
For ex. 1.25x 2x times faster.

Yes. Thank you for your answer. Effect is fine, but how to set shortcut to make inrease or decrease tempo effect? I cannot find proprer effect in shortcuts menu

You can add UI element for this. Or add shortcut to display floating UI element for this control (View > DSP > Playback rate).
