.toc to .cue conversion?

what's the best way to go about converting a linux-created .toc file to a .cue i can burn with eac on windows xp?

i prefer an open-source solution.

Try XDuplicator. It is essentially a frontend for CDRDAO, and in that capacity burnatonce does a better job, although XDuplicator includes a few little tools (such as the ability to convert TOC to CUE) that burnatonce lacks.

You could use toc2cue, which is included in the cdrdao distribution.

Try Burnatonce.  Free, and it will burn toc natively in windows.

cuetools is available at teh RW Debian Rep, and includes cueconvert which does both CUE > TOC, TOC > CUE
