Poor refresh rate of visualisation

Hello. Greetings to everyone here! I have a question.
I used foobar without any problems on an old computer running Windows 7. I have upgraded my PC and I have installled Windows 10. Now there is a very poor refresh rate of native foobar visualizations (osciloscope, vu meter etc.). I have a few of scopes and spectrums in layout. Now everything works awful. In fact I have much better refresh rate when i run foobar inside Windows 7 virtual machine. Everything is ok with software and drivers. Any ideas?
