foobar2000 v1.6.2 b1 - unresponsive when selecting whole Album List

I decided to group my album list panel by artist/album which produced ~13k results, then for the hell of it, since I wanted to find some discrepancy somewhere I did a select all on the list (Ctrl+A) in the hopes I could copy the list. foobar2000 effectively became unresponsive for a long time, upwards of one minute. Even simply trying to deselect the list (or selecting only one) took forever too and causes the entire program to hang. Basically any further action that didn't involve undoing what I just did (opening context menus, scrolling, etc.) resulted in more hangs.

foobar2000.exe was maxing out one core. I can provide a dump file of it in action if required.

Thanks for the bug report.
Is it Album List in Default User Interface, or Album List Panel in Columns UI?
A dump of it would be useful either way.

This is the Album List that comes with the Default UI.

I was mistaken about Ctrl+A, that doesn't work. You need to click on the first item in the list, hold shift and press End.

Do you really have 13224 items selected when this happens?

I really do when grouped by artist/album.

Fixed in beta 2.
