EQ version of DR (Loudness) Meter avail.?

The engineers that contributed to the "loudness war" didn't just turn up the gain. They often Fletcher–Munson'd  or otherwise EQ'd them as well.

Not sure there is a utility, like DR Meter, that somehow also spits out a statistical spectrogram of a track. Not sure how one could be devised ... other than having, say, two identical tracks (one orig. loudness free, like  a Mercury Atomic CD release, and one more recent). E.g., the Rush remasters from 1997.
