i would like to aks you, forum members, what's your opinion about the most suitable speech codec for GSM Lawful interception? (8 kHz x 8 bit x 1 channel = 64 kb/s PCM)

To be more precise...

optimal bitrate should be from uncompressed 64 kbs PCM to (4 to 16) kbs & highest quality.
