Cue/Bin Burn with Liquid CD Troubleshooting

I have ripped an album (legally bought and I own) to FLAC and included a cue sheet.  When I try to burn this CUE/BIN sheet using Liquid CD v2.08, the dialog box pops up and it says "Preparing the data for burn" then the burn options box pops up.  From there I click "Burn" and it tells me "There is not enough space on the disc" "Extra 2.8GB are required"

I am trying to burn as an Audio CD.  Anyone know what is causing this problem?
