ogg cover art in Windows 10

Hello,

Is there a way to get cover pictures attached to .ogg files in Windows 10?
I installed .ogg codec but it didn't change.
I read files with Foobar2000 by default, and when I open the /music directory I only have the software icon on .ogg files, although with .mp3 and .flac the pictures can be seen.
