No Convert option in my Foobar.

I have no option for Converting in my foobar, how do I download this component?

No Convert option in my Foobar.

It's in the normal foobar2000 installer, just select it it when you install.
Then you right click on a track and it should be there.
Windows 10 Pro x64 // foobar2000 1.3.10

If I go through the foobar installation again will it remove all my custom appearance settings? Or If I just go a Portable Install in a new folder will that mess anything up with my original Foobar?

No, you can re-run the installer without losing your settings.

Also, no. Your settings are save and will be kept untouched by the installer.
