...and they need to be at 192/32 for best results?

No one here cares whether you can differentiate cd from vinyl or whether you prefer the vinyl version.

Waiting for samples that need 32bit for best results :)

The samples are extracted from new and original vinyl and CD
VINYL Barcode: 5099902988313
Recorded with SONY Hi-Res Audio Recorder (DSD 5.6 MHz)
CD Barcode: 5099902894423
---- CUETools DB Plugin V2.1.6
Submit result: n92sCGjxn.xYbNL18Fo8Zc6ziI4- has been confirmed
7  | (4414/4470) Accurately ripped, or (33/4470) differs in 61 samples @02:17:16,02:18:10

Between VINYL and CD there are some subtle differences or is just me. Finally, it's just about personal preferences.
DVDdoug you have right ;-). But I enjoy to listen music like I am seated very close to the performers.

i'm trying to improve my copy of foobar (+ wsh panel mod) (JScript)

Depending on which **panel component you are using, you should find a sample script "status bar + volume.txt" which has the foundation of what you are looking for. It will be much easier to modify than starting over.

%profile%\user-components\  **foo_jscript_panel  \samples\complete

It's easy enough to create a DSP preset with no EQ (or no DSPs), and DSP presets with different EQ configurations.
The DSP switcher is under the right click menu on the menu bar or tool bar. I put the DSP switcher itself on the menu bar.

Man I can't believe I"ve missed this incredibly useful functionality--THANKS yetanotherid for the "reveal"!
Audio Hardware / Room correction (room equilization) questions
Last post by LazyBorzoi -
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to get my feet wet with the room acoustic correction. Hoping you guys can point me in the right direction.
First thing I did, I installed REW program and even though I didn't have a calibrated mic, I measured my room using a regular USB microphone (not calibrated).
The results are shown in the picture below:

1) Can someone help me understand what I see here?
2) Now, let's assume I get a calibrated mic and repeat the measurement and get a correction EQ curve. What do I feed this curve to in order to correct my room?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, just came to say, running the installation script on my windows 7 PC crashed explorer (the process that shows the desktop, not the browser). Had to ctrl+alt+canc to call up the task manager and restart it.
That being said, after that it seems to work fine.
