Possible error "Track information" database could not be written" since 1.4

Since foobar2000 version 1.4 i sometimes get error "Track information database could not be written (Acces denied)" when closing player.

If i press Retry (Повтор), everything is OK.
As i never seen this error before 1.4, i guess it is somehow connected with using of  transacted NTFS . Also, i should note that i never had any problems with saving fb2k's configuration and database if player was normally closed. And nothing was changed in my system.
So, is it possible that using of transacted NTFS not always works as expected?

The transacted feature is disabled by default on new installs exactly because it has shown to be problematic. Though I don't know if the reasons for the problems are known - for example I have had it always enabled without any problems prior to testing configuration described here.

Workaround added for the next foobar2000 update, thanks for reporting.
It is likely that enabling transacted filesystem option (which is disabled by default) could mitigate this problem for now.

Should be fixed in 1.4.2 beta 1.
