Losing tags when converting

I have foobar 1.3.16 installed (default converter version 1.5):
when converting files the tags appears to be lost (e.g. converting file .wav with tags filled I am getting .flac file with all tags empty.
Previously used foobar version 1.1.11 (converter version 1.5) and have no such issues.
Please advise how to fix

I also have foobar 1.3.16 and the tags is saving. Choosed "Transfer metadata".
