Software to identify songs played from compuer.

Is there any software that would recognize a song played from a file that is on PC?
For example an exported file, or a recording in audacity, that is not exported as file?

Ie, that would support soundcard as "input".

I have tunatic, but it only works for line-in or microphone input. And does not work when music is played from a file, or audacity.

The thing is, I want to record a lot of tapes I have, that either have no tracklist written, or they don't have boxes, because I found some boxes in the attic and there were empty cases and tapes not in cases, so I have to listen to them and identify their content, which is problematic, when tunatic does not a recognize a song during one pass.
