Presumably by now only MP3 is in the opposite of that situation.
It would seem that plorg has not been updated in some years. Hopefully this would be a small reason for it to enjoy an update. I find this component extremely useful.
Is there a step-by-step instruction document for the absolute beginners? No, but there is not that much what is really needed. All options are briefly explained in the help file, which you can find in the help menu. In the end the configuration depends on your actual needs.
I am not a SQL expert, nor a programmerYou don't need SQL at all nor to be a programmer. Although SQL driven pools are more powerful than pure title format pools, there are already a lot of pool definitions possible without SQL. In the end you need SQL only, if you want to use filter conditions, where tracks are picked based on the values of other tracks or if you want to use functions, which are not available in title format, e.g. regular expression functions.
If you have any specific use case and don't know how to define it, feel free to post it here. Possibly you can be helped.

I very much like the the new possibility to tag last.fm track statistics, which works great for library tracks.
Is it as well intended to be used for YT tracks? I am getting various orders of the tags (playcount/listeners/score) for different tracks.
Thanks again for this great plugin!!
I'd appreciate tips on troubleshooting. I'm using default Windows driver for my DAC. Headphone EQ is the only Active DSP. The Sweep function seems to work: I hear the tone and gain control works. But the EQ seems non-functional. Filters have no effect, nor does the gain control or Crossfeed.- Make sure that the "EQ" radio button is selected.
- Make a "strong" peaking filter with a gain of about -30 dB. The equalizer effect must become very audible.
- Try to use one of the default Foobar2000 components instead of the Headphone EQ. Does it work?
