nero aac cutoff frequency?

can anyone provide a table of sorts to tell us at which quality settings are nero aac cutoffs? I (and many others) have been trying to figure out where nero is roughly equivalent with lame 3.97 v2, and one place to look I think is the cut-off. Lame V2's is 18671 Hz - 19205 Hz, so at which setting is Nero's cutoff at that point?

Lowpass frequency isn't a good way to compare codecs. Smaller artifacts at more audible frequencies are more likely to get heard.
