Command Line Tag Utility

I'm looking for a command line utility that's capable of reading/writing both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags. I'm already using case's tag.exe (btw. I'm unable to find his internet pages any longer; did he move'em somewhere or is there a mirror?) but tag.exe only reads/removes ID3v2 tags.

You can use foobar2000's Masstagger from command line too. Try foobar2000.exe /tag:help for details.
