Any Easy Way to Mold one file into other?

I've two albums of same artist. One is vinyl ripped with somewhat bad equalization than the other. Is there any easy way, i.e. some software that can detect EQ + other settings/profiles of one file and apply it to the other to make the two similar sonically? In general, how to apply one album settings to another, picking reference settings from the common track, the good one. The files are all in lossless form.

Why not just copy the second file to the first?

Well, I want to harmonize all tracks in one album to EQ settings of one of the select file/track. Just copying will replace only one track.
