Configured theme and all the playlists disappeared

Hello. I am using the most recent version of foobar2000 in addition to several official components.

I am using a tv connected via a/v-receiver to my computer via hdmi. Sometimes when I shut down or hibernate my PC, I decide to shut down TV and receiver before the PC is shuts down completely. During those times, more often than not, for some reason the PC decides not to shut down, but instead restart the Windows 7 Ultimate x64, my main OS. When at some point after that happening, even after shutting down the PC properly and booting it again, I start foobar2000 and get the following message:

Error reading theme file (Unsupported format or corrupted file). Continue?

When I choose to continue, I notice that all the playlist and columns UI setup in addition to other miscellaneous settings I have been customizing for hours have disappeared. Instead of all my playlists, all I see is a list of empty playlists named Imported playlist (00000001.fpl), Imported playlist (00000002.fpl) etc... my customized UI is reset totally in addition to all other customizations I have made to foobar.

The first time it happened a few weeks ago, I checked for the problematic components in the online troubleshooter and removed all of them. The last time it happened this morning, and I had no problematic components in use this time.
