alterntive to Libdca & AC3Filter

ffmpeg (ffdshow).  But I have found ac3filter to be the best for decoding streams at a reference level, ffdshow seems to decode them too loud.

Sonic, ArcSoft, Nero commercial solutions
ffmpeg is fine..
