Some versions of Oggenc2.88 lose more audio quality

The Oggenc 2.88 version, which was found to cause more loss of audio quality, was downloaded at
https://www.rarewares.org/ogg-oggenc.php
Tested the compiler based on libvorbis-1.3.7 that can be downloaded from this website,
Includes all versions of oggenc2 and oggdropXPd.

Under the same standarnd quailty mody, the following two versions will lose more audio quality

Compilers using the same source code should all have the same compression results, but the fact
Not so, the version that loses more audio quality, neatly removes the low decibel parts at the edges of the spectrogram, not limited to high frequencies, mid and low frequencies are also affected, which is unacceptable.
There are very few websites where you can find the Ogg Vorbis compiler. This website should be the most popular, and these are all generic versions, so the affected scale should be relatively large.

Quality is perceived by ears, not by eyes. I suggest you research how perceptual audio codecs work and what are their objectves.

Yes for Audio please do use your EARS,
not your eyes.
You find it helps a lot.
Read TOS number 8 again.

The key is that the same version of the compiler, input the same parameters to it, appear different audio processing.
The user is completely uninformed.

Not saying that this is a totally irrelevant observation, but it does not justify the "lose more audio quality" part of the topic title.

The user is completely uninformed.
Rarewares just hosts builds - some official, some unofficial - for users with particular interests to pick up. You cannot blame rarewares for not knowing and informing users about all the whereabouts, that is not their scope and not their job.
