Unpredictable delay when loading Flac+Cue

Hi!
I usually encode my albums to single flac-files with embedded cue sheets. They usually have similar sizes, but when loading the files in FB, some of them (always the same ones!) take a rather long time (>2min) before the first track starts playing, while others don't.
Furthermore skipping to a different song in those albums also takes about 5 sec., while I didn't observe this delay in other albums. Btw, the CPU load goes up to ~80% during that time.
I cannot figure out what's different between the various albums, they are all converted using FB and have their cue sheets embedded. Did anyone else experience the same, or is this a normal behaviour?
