Perhaps a stupid question but couldn't find any explanation on the AMG website what this

Must be a problem displaying graphics. I don't see any # or *, I see check marks beside certain tracks indicating an AMG track pick. You're getting a symbol where the checkmark graphic should be.

Hmm. I'm using firefox, and i can see the marks. e.g. track 20 has a
  • , track 125 has a
  • .

  • Indicates a previously unreleased track
