Uncoupled Vorbis

This is a special compile of oggenc where it uses lossless stereo for qualities 2 to 10.  Note this is for testing whether the infamous high frequency boost is still present and whether it is caused by lossy stereo coupling (point stereo).  It is definitely NOT for mainstream use.

Another lossless coupled Vorbis, but with different modifications than the one I posted above.  I made a hardwired change in psy.c to force lossless coupling rather than altering stereo tuning.
