Thanks your help.

Using the built in "New playlist" option from the File menu adds a playlist named "New playlist" with numbers appended to prevent playlists with duplicate names.

The component adds a new command to the File menu and you can customise the name to be something else instead of "New playlist" in the advanced preferences.

I don't understand from here.
Menu > File > New named playlist
what to do after clicking
How to use %always_counter% and %maybe_counter%?

Thanks.
