oggdropXPd Advanced Encoder Options

The options in the Advanced Encoder Options window are bitrate_average_damping, bit_reservoir_bias, bit_reservoir_bits and impulse_noisetune and I wonder what these do in laments terms. I think I know what impulse_noisetune does and that is in short to allow higher bitrate on transients to get away with less artifacts at the cost of higher bitrate. The others I am not sure of other than a low in one of the bit_reservoar options produces a lot of smearing on a tom fill in a song compared to not using the option. Regards.
