Set One Default Folder For Foobar 2000 To Search In

At one time, unless my memory is really bad, I believe I had Foo configured to look in one main folder for art work by default. Assuming my memory on that is not wrong, I cannot figure out how I did that. As it is right now, it looks in the album file.
My OCD has covers in one folder, with complete album art else where.

Would someone know how to get the following sequence to complete by default:
Tagging>Attach Pictures>Front Cover>C:\Users\FlacFan\Pictures\Album Covers
