Converted files can be played in Foobar but don't show time and kbps. Headers of those files look like this:

fLaC..."...........ŕ.p.......................( ...reference libFLAC 1.2.1 20070917...... .......

There was a bug in FLAC 1.2.1, and it was fixed long time ago, so you should use updated encoders. For example, http://www.foobar2000.org/encoderpack
