Need audio-only soundcard with 1/4 inch audio ins/outs

Can someone suggest some soundcards with 1/4 inch ins/outs?

I have a computer with a DigitalLabs CardDeluxe.  It has standard 1/4 inch (L & R) INs and OUTs.
I run a microphone into a mixer and run the mixer's tape ins/outs into the soundcard.  This works
fine for my purposes (recording spoken word).

I need to duplicate this setup, but would like to find an alternative to the CardDeluxe.

I do NOT want MIDI, eq, reverb, spatial fx, etc.  Just analog stereo ins/stereo outs with 1/4 inch jacks.

Under $200 (US) would be nice.  This is not an audiophile project.

RME sound cards, but they are well over $200.

The Emu 0404 is under $100, audio quality is high. You just have to apply a little self hypnosis so that ignoring its DSP aspects won't be so painful.
