New Problem Sample Found!

This is a small sample out of "The Lox - All for the Love".  Me and my brother both ABX'ed this 8/8.. it was encoded using Lame 3.92, using the "--alt-preset extreme" preset.  I used EAC to rip the sample.. there is a very clear artifact in the "ting" sound, but I don't know how to describe it, or what to call it..

Listen for yourself.. these are only 123k each.  The reason I decided to ABX this was because I heard this small discrepancy several times just listening to the song.
