Possible for facets to follow playlist selection?

using facets for an album grid and when i click on an album cover it selects it in my playlist, but is there anyway to have the reverse and have facets move to the selection of my playlist?

No, no such option built into Facets.

However you can use EsPlaylist for an album cover view instead and it can highlight the currently playing album, if that is your objective. (Although the highlight color is a shade darker than the rest)
