Working on the wiki

I know our wiki peals in comparison to many, but I bothered to make a few adjustments under the Ogg Vorbis section to help combat out a lot of general questions that get asked over and over. Hopefully people can refer to the external links now under there. It's always a work in progress and I am always eager to help.  I might try my luck at working on a topic when I gather more information. Configuring EAC using Vorbis should be included in their as well. I will do all that I can to edit it here and there in my spare time
