How lossy would this file be?

I was just wondering, I have a couple of voice recordings wich compressed with monkey's audio is only 90 kbit/s, if I transcoded this file to let's say vorbis q10.0 then how lossy would this file be?

Lossy but at Q10 you won't save much bitrate over MA- might even be larger ..for these simple voice / mono tracks lossless can have real good compression.
