can't play a certain audio file [aac codec]

foobar is not playing a certain audio file. vlc and pot player are both playing the file with no issues.

i have attached a text file which is an export from mediainfo. it contains crucial information such as the name of the codec and such.

why is foobar not playing the file.

someone please help me.
