foo_midi playback length error

Apparently the playback progress using foo_midi neglects the seeking feature and just keeps advancing on its own, which causes incomplete plackback under certain situations.

An easy way to reproduce the problem:
1. Play a MIDI file with foo_midi.
2. After a while, rewind/seek backward to the beginning of the song while still playing.
3. Wait and see - playback will terminate before the true end of the song, and the actual playback length will be the full length of the song minus the rewinded length.

Verified on foo_midi v1.178.
